1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN By placing an order via the website or electronically, you accept the information form provided to you and the distance contract.

2. In accordance with the withdrawal and return conditions, buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulation (Official Gazette: November 27, 2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF ASSOCIATIONS – Products returned by ASSOCIATIONS will be refunded at the cost of re-storage. For information about our product range, please contact our customer service.

4. In accordance with the cancellation and return conditions, each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization indicated by the purchase within a legal period of 18 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may withdraw from the contract.

5. In accordance with the cancellation and return policy, the Seller must inform the buyer of the non-delivery of the purchased product within 18 days of becoming aware of it. The seller is obliged to refund the total price to the buyer within 18 days.

6. Cancellation and Return policy: In accordance with the cancellation and return policy, the Seller's obligation to deliver expires if the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the order in his bank documents.

7. Cancellation and return policy: If, after delivery, it turns out that the buyer's credit card used for payment has not been authorized and the price of the product has not been transferred to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 18 days at the seller's expense.

8. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY: Should an unforeseen event of force majeure occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed of this. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with an equivalent product or a delay in delivery until the problem has been clarified. In case of cancellation, the product price will be refunded to the bank account within 18 days after the cancellation date.

9. In accordance with the cancellation and return conditions, the buyer is obliged to check the goods/services subject to the contract upon receipt. Torn, soiled, etc. products are considered damaged and defective and must be protected after receipt. The invoice must be returned with the product.

10. If the purchased product is damaged, the buyer can exercise his right of withdrawal against the seller within 18 days after delivery to him or the person / organization specified by him by entering the contact details listed below, without any legal or criminal consequences for him and without having to specify green ones for this. The product must be checked before unloading from the vehicle. If a defect is detected, the product must be photographed in a packaged state.

RETURN POLICY

The returned product must be provided with all labels and sanitary tapes. It must be returned with the transparent protective cover and the original packaging/carton in which it was delivered. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Open and check all packages that you suspect were damaged during transportation in the presence of a representative of the company from which you received the package.

*** Returns of damaged products without documented proof are generally not accepted. The product must be returned together with the invoice.
